Positive: Location, parking, and shuttle service
Negative: I found clumps of hair in several towels which was gross honestly, and the conditioner was filled with water.....also, It only fits 7 people, I wouldn't count the bed in the mezzanine level in the living area, its hard to go up and down the ladder at night and i think thats a Saftey issue....the bathrooms could use a remodel.

We had a great stay and an overall great experience until next time ✌🏽
Positive: i felt like i was at home away from home . it was very spacious and it was cozy !
Negative: There could have been another tv down stairs for the kids .
We did have trouble going up and down the stairs .
